They are newly made from huang-huali wood - a highly prized material in China that was used for some of the most exquisite furniture during the Ming dynasty

The screen panels are based on similar original ones that would form the interior windows or doors of a Chinese house

They are suitable for outdoor use but also make beautiful side tables indoors
